_project: funhouse

(2024)

Funhouse explores the body as both player and playground. It twists, distorts, and reshapes the form, not to find beauty, but to set it free. Here, the body is not one thing. It can be strange, soft, awkward, powerful, tender, and absurd all at once. It is unbound by rules of attraction or gender, and no longer held hostage by expectation. It can simply be.

By unsettling perception, Funhouse invites you to see the body stripped of familiar contexts, free from preconceptions and judgment. In this new context, we get to look without the weight of what we think we know.
